Dear Clients,
Hello and thank you for your concerns and interest in the reopening of the salon.
We opened our doors on April 28, 2020!
We want to be very clear that we are taking the safety of our clients and the stylists very seriously. The new state board requirements that we have put into place in order to reopen are extensive. We want to inform you ahead of time to just a few of those guidelines.
Cleaning – Stations and shampoo bowls are sanitized between each client.
Masks – Stylists will be wearing a mask. Clients are required to wear a mask to your appointment and we have disposable ones available for color appointments.
BlowDrying – Temporarily we will not be performing blow drys to help prevent the spread of bacteria through the air. We expect to resume blow drys on June 2.
Reading Materials – Magazines have been put away and will not be available so we suggest that you bring your own reading materials.
Temperature and Health questions – We are required to take your temperature upon entrance to the salon and will ask you the following questions:
- Have you had a cough?
- Have you had a fever?
- Have you been within anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
- Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
If the answer is yes to ANY of these questions you will need to book your appointment at a later date.
These are challenging times in the world and in our industry. We are here to serve you the safest way possible with the hopes we can make the experience a happy one. We look forward to seeing each of you.
